I received a hoopa from another player and it’s OT is ITSK33N.TV E, nature is Timid, ID:07185, it’s in a event cherish ball, had a fateful encounter in the Hoenn region in 7-18-2015 and level met: 50 but is already level 100 when I got it. I was wondering if it’s ok to transfer to Pokémon Home?

ITSK33N is a hacker,  but theoretically the Pokemon should be perfectly fine to transfer. I've never seen one of his Pokemon have any issues with it.
I think this counts as a dupe of that question that asks if a mon is legit or not. As for that mon, no, it's not legit at all. That's given by itskeen's bot and usually that's from the gts
The question doesn't ask whether the Pokemon is hacked. It asks whether it's safe to transfer to Pokemon Home.
Not a full answer but it’s probably not smart to transfer it to home since bans do go through on occasion to people with hacked Pokémon. It’s honestly best to just release it

Tl;dr your answer is most likely “it might be safe, but just don’t risk it”
It's probably safe, but maybe make a different Pokemon home account on another device and try it in there.

ITSK33N is a common hacker who Wonder Trades hacked Pokemon. Usually they are shiny. There are many people who do this, Machamps.com is another example.

The Pokemon traded are perfectly safe, transferring them to Pokemon Home should pose no issue, but do keep in mind they are illegitimate, and not real Pokemon. They may not be allowed to be used in competitive games.

Hope I could help
