Is it possible to transfer Paldean Pokemon to Home without Scarlet/Violet?

I don't have Scarlet/Violet but I DO have Home. Can I transfer Pokemon to it?

You can only transfer them if they are from Pokémon Go, I believe.

Yes, but the only way you would obtain one is through Pokemon go or if there were to be an event in the future where you could get them without needing scarlet and violet.
