PokéBase - Pokémon Q&A

I recently bought this Espurr plush from a local online marketplace. The item description mentioned that the item's brand is San-Ei (which I have never heard of) and I recall I don't seem to find it or a plushie similar to it in the JP Pokemon Center web. I wonder if its an unofficial/3rd-party merchandise. It's pretty cute though.

They're real. They're licensed. They are very good quality. Their All Stars collection often has rarer Pokemon that don't often get plush releases

They're not made by Nintendo, but they're licensed by Nintendo, which makes them official.
