Can I teach Roost to Corviknight without breeding in S/V?

Question

I fully ev trained a corviknight in defense and half in sp def and the other in hp, just to find out that it gains roost via an egg move. Any way around this? Thanks.

I have seen quite a few people mention that if you have a Pokemon hold the new Mirror Herb while at a Picnic, it will have any compatible Egg Moves from other party Pokemon at the Picnic added to its list of known moves, which you can swap out through the Summary screen

If you leave an open move slot on your Corviknight, when you enter a picnic with a Pokemon holding a Mirror Herb that knows Roost, your empty move slot on Corviknight should fill with Roost.
