Are Ubers allowed in competition?

Are Uber legends being allowed in the April Friendly competition at Pokémon Global Link? I need to know for my team! Please Help!

All official competitions as of right now only feature Pokemon in the Kalos Dex that have the blue pentagon, which shows a Pokemon to be Kalos-Born. Of these choices, only Mewtwo, Zygarde, Xerneas and Yveltal are banned

All other Pokemon in the Kalos Dex, including ubers like Mega Kangaskhan and Mega Gengar, are allowed to participate in official competitions as of right now.

Remember that Smogon's tier system, although popular, is not official and is not in play at official Pokemon competitions

I WAS WRONG. WHILE IN MOST COMPETITIONS THE "BOX ART" LEGEBDS ARE BANNED. XERNEAS, MEWTWO YVELTAL AND ZYGARDE ARE ALL ALLOWED IN THE APRIL FRIENDLY.

Well simply no. Sorry they are not in addition to Mew, Celebi, Deoxys-Speed/Defence, Jirachi, Phoine, Manaphy, Shaymin, Victini, Keldeo, Kyurem, and Meloetta being banned from official Pokemon competitions. They may not be Uber but are banned.
