Scarfed Pokemon Threat list OU

OU
Terrakion @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Justified
EVs 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 hp
Nature Adamant / Jolly

  • Close Combat
  • X-Scissor
  • Rock Slide
  • Stone Edge

Close Combat spammer. X-Scissor is for Psychic types that may try to defeat you. Rock Slide got great power with a chance to flinch a good STAB move for Terrakion. Stone Edge
is Powerful but its accuracy sucks. Terrakion a powerful attacker
_____
OU
Gengar @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Levitate
EVs 252 SAtk / 252 Spe / 4 hp
Nature Modest / Timid

  • Shadow Ball
  • Hidden Power Ice
  • Sludge Bomb
  • Focus Blast

Well, This Gengar Outspeed almost everything and got STAB Shadow Ball and STAB Sludge Bombs. Immune to ground attacks so sweep him in when you think your opponent will use Earthquake. Hidden Power ice is to deal with Dragons. Focus Blast is a Great damage move Anti Tyranitar xD.
^ Dat speed
____
OU
Infernape @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Blaze
EVs 148 Atk / 108 SAtk / 252 Spe
Nature Naive

  • Close Combat
  • Fire Blast
  • Stone Edge
  • U-turn

Another Close Combat set but ths one is mixed. Close Combat pummels monsters such as Terrakion, Tyranitar, and Heatran, while Fire Blast scorches the likes of Jirachi, Scizor, and Celebi.

OU
Rotom-W @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Levitate
EVs 252 SAtk / 252 Spe / 4 hp
Nature Timid

  • Trick
  • Volt Switch
  • Hydro Pump
  • Thunderbolt

This Rotom-W is Tricky. Rotom-W is the deat for a Sweeper or Staller. Trick + Choice item is like the evolution of Encore destroying Foes that using status moves. Not much more to say :/ This set works great with Specs too.
____
OU
Tyranitar @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Sand Stream
EVs 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Nature Jolly

  • Crunch
  • Stone Edge
  • Pursuit
  • Superpower

This is a great set. Crunch and Pursuit Crunch for power Pursuit for foes that gonna switch. However, It fails to outpace Alakazam, who is capable of OHKOing with Focus Blast
____

Kyurem-B @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Teravolt
EVs 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Nature Adamant
- Outrage
- Dragon Claw
- Ice beam
- Fusion Bolt

Well, I think Kyurem-B should be in ubers 170 Attack stat! STAB Outrage and Dragon Claw but the speed isnt the very best 95. So that is why I there are lots of Scarf Kyurem-B users.
I dont realy know why Kyurem-B isnt strong enough for ubers.

As if Gengar needs scarf xD
Scarf Gengar is awesome :D
what about Kyu-B?
Kyurem-B is a Great Scrafed poke so i guess i add it
replace swords dance for rock slide.it just abuses terrakion's attack. :D
It would really abuse the fact he has a choice item also. great idea...

This already has answers, but just to put it out here, there are two Pokemon that are rarely seen with Choice Item, but are deadly.

Hippowdon
@ Choice Band
Ability: Anything you want
232 Attack, 252 Def, 24 HP
Fire Fang
Ice Fang
Earthquake
Crunch

Skarmory
@ Choice Band/Scarf
Ability: Sturdy/Weak Armor(Weak Armor if Scarf)
252 Attack, 4 HP, 252 Defense/Speed(Speed if Scarf)
Brave Bird/Drill Peck
Iron Head
Night Slash
Rock Slide

by
Choiced Skarmory....mind blown...
Don't underestimate it. :P

Like a Baws:

Metagross @ Choice Band
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Meteor Mash
- Bullet Punch
- Hammer Arm
- Pursuit

If you'd prefer to hit like a nuke right off the bat, this Metagross set is programmed to do just that. As mentioned before, base 135 Attack is horrifying to face, and Metagross wields nearly unmatched power when equipped with a Choice Band. Meteor Mash remains Metagross's primary STAB move, hitting a great number of opponents hard. The chance to raise its Attack, though rare, makes the prospect of attaining further boosts beyond Choice Band possible. Bullet Punch might seem somewhat redundant with Metagross wielding a much more powerful STAB move, but there are a few good reasons it belongs on this set. Though weaker than CB Scizor's Bullet Punch, it is still strong enough to deal significant damage to potential threats such as Mamoswine and Terrakion. It also serves as a way to bypass Metagross's underwhelming Speed, allowing it to double as a revenge killer. As a better choice for hitting Mamoswine and Terrakion—not to mention Jirachi and Heatran—on the switch, Hammer Arm takes precedence in the third spot. The Speed drop can also be beneficial in one-on-one situations with Skarmory. If Skarmory decides to Roost, a Choice Band Hammer Arm will deal 64.07 - 75.44% damage.

Well, I'll give one for each choice item.

(ed.) I realised I did legendaries; I'll put 1 legde and 1 non-legde for each.

image
Latios @ Choice Specs
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Sp. Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Nature: Timid
- Surf
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- HP Fire

I would put Keldeo, but that's not as easily accessible

image
Jolteon @ Choice Specs
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 Sp. Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Nature: Timid
- Volt Switch
- Thunderbolt/ Thunder (rain teams)
- Signal Beam/ Shadow Ball
- HP Ice

image
Zekrom @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Teravolt
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Nature: Adamant
- Fusion Bolt
- Dragon Claw
- Outrage
- Volt Switch

image
Mienshao @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Nature: Adamant
- Hi-Jump Kick
- Drain Punch
- Stone Edge
- U-Turn

image
Terrakion @ Choice Band
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Nature: Jolly
- Close Combat
- X-Scissor
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge

image
Weavile @ Choice Band
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Nature: Jolly
- Ice Shard
- Ice Punch
- Pursuit/ Night Slash
- Low Kick

so Latios is easily accessible?
Yea, because there's one catchable in Black 2. Keldeo is event only.

Personal Favorites

Sunny Specs Cryogonal

Cold Summer (Cryogonal) @ Choice Specs
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
Shiny: Yes
- Ice Beam
- Signal Beam
- SolarBeam
- Hidden Power [Fire]

Ice Beam is your STAB.
HP Fire gets a boost from Sun.
SolarBeam activates immediately and is excellent Rock coverage.
Signal Beam is just there for extra Coverage.

Banded Scolipede

Centipoid (Scolipede) (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Poison Point
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
Shiny: Yes
- Earthquake
- Megahorn
- Rock Slide
- Superpower

355 Speed. 427 Attack. Daaaaaaang.

Earthquake is Rock and Fire Coverage, as is Rock Slide with Flying and Ice Coverage thrown into the mix.
Megahorn is STAB, and also covers Psychic (Hooray for STAB weakness coverage!)
SuperPower is just boss coverage. nuff said.

Scarf Leafeon

Ivy (Leafeon) (F) @ Choice Scarf
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SpAtk)
Trait: Leaf Guard/Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 Atk / 8 HP / 124 Def / 124 Spd
Shiny: Yes
-Leaf Blade
-Iron Tail
-Double Edge
-X-Scissor

Leaf Blade is STAB peaking at 135 BP.
Iron Tail is Ice coverage, and if you get stuck using it, it's still a powerful move.
X-Scissor is is extra coverage of Other Grasses, Psychics, and Darks.
Double-Edge is a lack of alternatives. Still somewhat powerful, but this pretty much is never used. Just like Leafeon unfortunately :(

Specs Cinccino

Sad Eyes @ Choice Specs
Modest Nature (-Atk +Sp.Atk)
Trait: Cute Charm/Technician
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd/4 HP

-Hyper Voice (For Cute Charm) / Echoed Voice (For Technician) / Round (For Technician)
-Thunderbolt
-Focus Blast
-Hidden Power Psychic/Flying. Make sure power is 60 for Technician. See my answer here for IV sets for Hidden Power.

Hyper Voice is STAB, always at 135. As is Round with Technician. Echoed Voice is only Technician. It gets STAB, you start at base 90, and you're locked into it, so it only gets stronger! :D
Focus Blast and Thunderbolt are coverage.
Hidden Power is Weakness coverage. Choose Psychic or Flying.

why was this downvoted? tbh it's not the best answer here but it's does not deserve a downvote +1

Ima pull a Mike here and just give you one Pokemon, but this Pokemon is a serial killer in both UU and OU, and remains one of my favorite scarfers after quite some time.

Porygon-Z @ Choice Scarf
enter image description here
Trait: Adaptability
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest/Timid Nature
- Tri Attack
- Hidden Power [Fire]/Hidden Power [Fighting]
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt

Tri Attack is your main STAB here and after Adaptability it not something that most Pokemon want to be on the recieving end of. With Tri Attack Porygon-Z is an amazing late-game/mid-game sweeper and revenge killer. I seriously can not stress how good this thing is in my experience. The last 3 moveslots are for coverage, and it's hard to pick which ones. I have named the most notable ones, but Dark Pulse is available to hit Ghost types which otherwise wall him, but not too much other than Ghosts are going to be hit by this. Trick is also a viable option for crippling walls and defensive ghost types but I find that I never use Trick and mainly just spam Tri Attack to my hearts content :D

I'll be adding some calcs later but I don't have the time to do it now. Credit to Hex for this artillery barrage of a Pokemon, which is nearly impossible to switch into when in the sun.

Chandelure @ Choice Specs
enter image description here
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 16 HP / 252 SAtk / 240 Spd
Modest Nature
- Overheat/Fire Blast
- Shadow Ball
- Hidden Power [Ground]/Hidden Power [Fighting]
- Energy Ball

Overheat and Fire Blast are your main STAB options here, Fire Blast being a bit more consistent as it doesn't cut yoru SAtk in half with each use, while Overheat makes for a great hit and run poke, coming in on something it walls and ripping apart the switch-in, as Overheat in the sun boosted by Specs coming off a base 145 SAtk with STAB factored in is not something msot of OU will ave fun taking. Shadow Ball is secondary STAB and less reliant on weather, while your choice of HP Ground or Fighting hits Heatran and Tyranitar respectively. Energy Ball hits Water type switch ins and gets nice coverage besides.

reshown by
Dark pulse with hidden power fighting gets perfect coverage. Then, you can use ice beam or thunderbolt.
Yes but Dark Pulse is only useful for hitting ghost types and HP Fighting doesn't pack enough power to KO any defensive steel types.

Mamoswine@ choice scarf
enter image description here
Ability: thick fat
EV's: 252 speed/ 252 att/ 4 hp
nature: +att -sp att
icicle spear
superpower
earthquake
stone edge
Mamo is a beast. He really suprises people that think they will outspeed him. There is also banded mamoswine:

Mamoswine@ choice band
enter image description here
ability: thick fat
EV's: 252 att/ 252 hp/ 4 speed
nature: +att -sp att
ice shard
earthquake
stone edge
superpower

Scizor@ choice band
enter image description here
ability: technician
EV's: 252 att/ 252 hp/ 4 sp def
nature: +att -sp att
bullet punch
bug bite/ u-turn
superpower
pursuit
I really like using this scizor. I usually use bug bite›u-turn. It hits hard, and is a good addition to most teams.

Kyurem black@ choice scarf
enter image description here
ability: pressure
EV's: 252 att/ 252 speed/ 4 hp
nature: +att -sp att
outrage
stone edge
fusion bolt
shadow claw(coverage)/ zen headbutt(fighting coverage)/ iron head( flinching and rock coverage)
With a scarf, Kyurem black becomes a monster with his huge attack stat. He can 2 hit ko almost anyone with outrage (save max def ferro, skarmory, and forretress)

Machamp@ choice scarf
enter image description here
ability: no-guard
EV's: 252 speed/ 252 att/ 4 hp
nature: +att -sp att
dynamic punch/ close combat
stone edge
ice punch
earthquake/ fire punch
In UU, scarfed Machamp is extremely hard to counter. He hits like a truck and doesn't miss. I have used dynamic punch most of the time. I love that it causes confusion every time. Close combat is for more power.

Haxorus@ choice band
enter image description here
ability: mold breaker
EV's: 252 att/ 252 speed/ 4 hp
nature: +speed -sp att
outrage
night slash
earthquake
brick break
I have used and been pretty badly beat by this haxorus. Mold breaker is great for people who think that they will get a free switch in with rotom, gengar, or other levitate users.

Gengar@ choice specs
enter image description here
ability: levitate
EV's: 252 sp att/ 252 speed/ 4 hp
nature: +sp att -att
focus blast
shadow ball
hidden power ice
thunderbolt
Gengar is quite fast already. With choice specs, he rips holes through teams. He has good coverage moves. You can always switch hp ice or thunderbolt for psychic or sludge bomb. But I prefer using this set.

Chandelure@ choice scarf
enter image description here
ability: shadow tag
EV's: 252 speed/ 252 sp att/ 4 hp
nature: +sp att -att
flamethrower/ fire blast
shadow ball
energy ball
hidden power fighting
I was looking to see which Pokemon has the highest special attack that wasn't in ubers. I found chandelure, who has a massive special attack stat. You can switch into a Pokemon, outspeed him, and crush him.

Thunderus therian@ choice specs
enter image description here
ability: volt absorb
EV's: 252 speed/ 252 sp att/ 4 hp
nature: +speed -att
thunderbolt (thunder, if it is on a rain team)
focus blast
hidden power ice
dark pulse
Thundurus-T has the same special attack as chandelure. He is much faster, though, so he can use choice specs.

Alakazam@ choice specs
enter image description here
ability: magic guard
EV's: 252 speed/ 252 sp att/ 4 hp
nature: +speed -att
psychic
shadow ball
focus blast/ hp fighting
hp fire/ hp ice/ energy ball
Alakazam has perfect coverage, hits hard, and has a wide movepool. He is a perfect specs user. You can also run this trick-scarf set:

Alakazam@ choice scarf
enter image description here
abilty: synchronize/ magic guard
EV's: 252 speed/ 252 sp att/ 4 hp
nature: +speed -att
trick
shadow ball
psychic
focus blast

Togekiss@ choice scarf
enter image description here
ability: serene grace
EV's: 252 speed/ 200 sp att/ 56 hp
nature: +speed -att
air slash
trick
aura sphere
shadow ball
I was once finished off by a scarfed serene-flinch togekiss, so I came up with this set. You can use him as a revenge killer, an ultra-fast flincher, and a scarf-tricker. Aura sphere and shadow ball are for perfect coverage.

Charizard@ choice specs
enter image description here
ability: solar power
EV's: 252 sp att/ 252 speed/ 4hp
nature: +speed -att
fire blast
focus blast
dragon pulse
solarbeam/ hp grass
For use in the sun only. His amount of power in the sun with stab, solar power, choice specs boosted fire blast is baffling. Look at this:
http://pokemondb.net/pokebase/131785/how-much-damage-would-this-charizrd-do

Keldeo@ choice specs
enter image description here
ability: justified
EV's: 252 speed / 252 sp att/ 4 hp
nature: timid (+speed -att)
surf/ hydro pump
secret sword
icy wind
hidden power ghost
Keldeo is quite fast and has a very high special attack. Choice specs makes him a monster! This set gives him perfect coverage. Surf for reliability or hydro pump for power.

+1, because this one was the only one to have Anti Metagame in it(Mamo).
Answering your own question isn't against the rules right?
Well in most cases yes, but I think this was meant as a list post, like the what is a good moveset for [pokemon here] questions, so it's permittable.
Yes, redshift is right. That was the point. I wanted to ask this question so that others would benefit from it. I also had some good answers for it.
