So, the one you’re currently in, the chat with the blue Metagross, is the Database Server. So, servers as basically massive group chats, and channels are like the individual chatrooms. Think of it as a house; the server is the house, the channels are the rooms. So, there’s different “chatrooms” within the server, that’s all Pokemon Database members chatting. If you press onto the channels, you should be able to see people chatting.

In the private message with me, I sent you a link to the Staff Server. It has an Icon with Scizor on it. You aren’t in that one yet. You need to accept the chat invite and you’ll have access to the Staff Server. From there, you won’t be able to see anything until someone gives you permissions. Then, you’ll be able to see all the staff conversations.
