Adding "m." to the start of some links turns them into their mobile versions, yeah. Bulbapedia is one of the sites that doesn't automatically remove the m. if you're viewing it on desktop, so it can look a little odd. I like to remove the m. because it ensures the page renders properly on both dekstop and mobile.
