Is the air balloon reuseable?

Example:If I was holding a Air balloon and it got popped is it gone forever?

in-game: yes it will go away until you get another

Wifi: No you get it back after the battle is over.

I think it is if you are in-game. (Meaning not using wireless or Battle Subway.)

I know that it does NOT go away when using WiFi or Battle Subway.
