Where is the Balm Mushroom in B/W?

Question

I used to have 2,000,000 Pokedollars.

Now I have 400,000 Pokedollars. Yes I'm a big spender.

Don't you think I could use that Balm Mushroom right about now?

A total of 2 balm mushrooms can be found in pokemon B/W. the first of these can be found by using the dowsing machine in and near striaton city. the second of these can be found somewhere within the abundant shrine.

the other mushroom is in the abundant shrine,you need a pokemon with surf to get it (it's in the water,not in the water it's in the wall in the water)
