Does Meloetta retain form changes after switching out?

Question

I send out Meloetta in Aria Form and use Relic Song to change it to Pirouette Form and win the battle.

The next time I send her out, will it be in Aria or Pirouette Form?? Basically, I want to know if she will always appear as Aria Form at the start of a battle.

Just tested and i can confirm that it changes back to Aria form.
