Zoroark Double/Triple battle question.

Question

Okay, so does Illusion work in a Double/Triple Battle if the Pokemon in the last slot is out at the same time as Zoroark? If so, what will happen if that Pokemon is KOd? Will Zoroark stay as that Pokemon? Will it just become Zoroark again? Or will it become the next last non-fainted Pokemon?

When in a Double/Triple battle where the last Pokemon come into battle, Illusion will not activate.
