The accuracy of attacks against the holder is 0.9x.

It doesnt stack because it doesnt lower the accuracy of attacks used against the holder's side, only the holder himself.

What if all 3 are holding it and they all use Trick on each other for mad swaps and they get so much powder on themselves that the side becomes so bright it explodes?
