I was ev training my charizard's sp. def. and it stopped after it reached lvl 49. What happened?

First, why would you train your Zard in spdef?

Second, that probably means you maxed out EVs in spdef.

Because everytime i send out my charizard, it mostly get hits by a water or electric sp. attack move...other than that...thank you
