I am working on collecting all the Alcremie forms. So far, I have 4 Alcremies and 3 of them are strawberry form. My Milcery looked perfectly normal, but when I evolved it, it turned a lot brighter shade of pink than my other Pokémon. Why did this happen?

Can you post a picture
Does it look like any other alcremie?
It doesn’t look like any other alcremie I have but it was evolved and obtained the exact same way. How do I post a video?
A picture is fine, but if you want to upload a video, post it onto a YouTube account as “unlisted”, then link it.

Have you compared the alcreamie to other photos/sprites of alcreamie?
Was it Ruby cream?
I think it's good enough to answer this question by saying a) Alcremie has different colours based on the direction you spin + the time of day and b) you must not have done it the same way for the odd one out even if you're certain you didn't.
so apparently there's a "ruby swirl" and "ruby cream" and one looks pinker than the other, idk how they get determined tho since I don't have the games, but I think you just got a different variation (you probably got ruby cream for your most recent alcremie)

Alcremie has 9 different flavors/colors you can obtain. The flavor of Alcremie you get is determined by several different factors, those being listed below:

Milcery evolves into:

Vanilla Cream Alcremie after spinning clockwise for less than 5 seconds during the day.
Ruby Cream Alcremie after spinning counterclockwise for less than 5 seconds during the day.
Matcha Cream Alcremie after spinning clockwise for less than 5 seconds at night.
Mint Cream Alcremie after spinning counterclockwise for more than 5 seconds at night.
Lemon Cream Alcremie after spinning clockwise for more than 5 seconds at night.
Salted Cream Alcremie after spinning counterclockwise for less than 5 seconds at night.
Ruby Swirl Alcremie after spinning counterclockwise for more than 5 seconds during the day.
Caramel Swirl Alcremie after spinning clockwise for more than 5 seconds during the day.
Rainbow Swirl Alcremie after spinning for more than 10 seconds during the evening.

As you can see, the direction you spin, how long you spin for, and the time of day all influence what flavors you get. I think where you're getting confused is that both the Sweets and the Flavor contribute to the form of Alcremie you get, but the type of Sweet you have does not influence the flavor of Alcremie you get. All of Alcremie's forms can be seen here, and going based on your description, I'm guessing your first 3 Alcremie are the Strawberry Sweet form of one Flavor (since you probably wouldn't be asking this question if all your Alcremie were different flavors), and your newest one is most likely the Ruby Cream Strawberry Sweet form, which looks like this:
Alcremie

The flavor of the first 3 you have are hard to determine since you're quite vague on what "perfectly normal" means when referring to your Alcremie (although if I had to guess you probably have the Vanilla Cream form), so it's very possible you could've been spinning in a different direction/a longer or shorter time/a different time of day than you were when you obtained your first 3 Alcremie, even if you didn't notice.

Another thing to note is that unless it's shiny, Milcery does not have different colors, only Alcremie does.

I hope this cleared up everything. If there's anything you're still confused about or something I got incorrect, please let me know.
Until then, hope I helped, and have a great day!
