No. (filler)
Mega evolutions aren't available before Gen 6, and Audino can't evolve.
Since you're probably new to Mega Evolution, I'll give a more serious comment.

Mega Evolution was introduced in the Gen 6 games (Pokemon X, Y, Omega Ruby, Alpha Sapphire), and can also be used in the Gen 7 games (Sun, Moon, Ultra Sun, Ultra Moon, certain Megas in Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee (although I don't know which ones). Black, White, Black 2, and White 2 are Generation 5 games, meaning they were made before Generation 6, meaning there is no way to Mega Evolve a Pokemon in those games. Mega Audino in particular was introduced in Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire, so it can't be used in X and Y.

To Mega Evolve, you need a Key Stone (which is usually given to you during the events of the main story (Generation 6) or in the late/post game (Generation 7)), and a specific Mega Stone (for example: Gardevoirite, Venusaurite, Alakazite), which are usually scattered throughout the game. For Audino, you need the Audinite, which is obtained in the Battle Resort in ORAS (Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire), was obtainable via an event in Sun and Moon, and is obtainable via the Battle Tree for 64BP in Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon (all post game except for the event, which has ended unless there's some way to get it that I don't know about). So unfortunately, you aren't going to be able to use Mega Audino in a playthrough, unless you have a friend who can trade you a Audino with a Audinite in ORAS so you can Mega Evolve it when you get the Key Stone. (However, I wouldn't recommend using Audino because it's kinda... bad, but if you really want to, that's your choice.)

Sorry for such a bad explanation, but I hope it helps, you can learn more about Mega Evolution in other places like this: https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Mega_Evolution

Oh yeah, if you saw someone using a Mega Audino in Black 2, it was most likely a rom hack, which we at this site don't really deal with.

(Also mods is this question against the rules?)
the site says in the rules
"-Lacking context and background information, especially if a vague condition is used, like whether something is 'good' or 'worth it'. (For what?)
-Missing important details that could affect the answer, like the game or battle format that is used.
-Requesting insider info that fans can't access, or requires pure theorising. Questions like Why is ___ this way? often have this problem.
-Requesting trivial or highly individualised answers that would not be useful to other people. Possible examples are What are all the times ___ happened? and How can I do ___ in only this way?
-Joke/spam post, or could be mistaken for one."
This question isn't any of these, is it?
I'm new to this site and no, I didn't try to violate any website rule. I've been trying to find some information on how to evolve my Audino in pokémon black 2, and I had no idea that you couldn't evolve it. While looking for answers I came across this website and registered. Thank you to the person who explained everything about mega evolutions! That helped a lot.
One thing the rules do say is "don't derail questions discussing whether they are allowed". Please just leave a flag. I will clean up this thread later.
I am going to say no, this doesn't break the "research first" rule.
Edited so no one can ask a question like this again

No. Mega Evolution was added in X/Y, and then removed from the mainline games after USUM. Therefore, Mega Evolution does not exist in BW / B2W2 because it was made before X/Y, and since Mega Evolution does not exist in BW / B2W2, Mega Audino and the other Mega Evolutions do not exist.

Source (the so-called "bad" explanation)

Also, Mega Audino isn't good. You're better off just using a better Mega.

I've defeated the gym leaders using Audino with my main pokémon though.. it isn't really bad for me, I've got a hang of it
Wow, stealing my comment and using it for your answer. Smh...
@Whiteout I could edit it out if you want. Also, @girl you don't have to take my word and remove Audino, it was just a recommendation.
You can leave it, although next time I would personally have preferred to just post it as an answer myself.
meh. the comment is generally just a filler for the answer to make it look fancier and (occasionally) add more information
