No, Queenly Majesty does not prevent the effects of Baneful Bunker/Spiky Shield/Obstruct. I tested the interactions of Queenly Majesty and Baneful Bunker/Spiky Shield/Obstruct in this test replay. The secondary effects of those protection moves affected Tsareena. I even tested this interaction in-game, and Tsareena still gets affected by the secondary effects of protection moves such as Baneful Bunker.
