Does Queenly Majesty (Tsareena Ability) disable Flying moves from Gale wings Talonflame?

Question

I'm about to battle my friend in a minute and He says I'm not going to win because of his Talonflame. But, I think I have an overpowered strategy with my Tsareena if this works. Please tell me.

If an opponent uses a priority move (including moves boosted by Prankster, Gale Wings, or Triage) that targets the Pokémon with Queenly Majesty or its allies, Queenly Majesty prevents the Pokémon from executing that move (PP is still consumed).

It prevents Gale Wings moves.
