Ability: Quark Drive
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 SpA / 240 Spe / 16 HP
Timid Nature
- Dark Pulse

The EV distribution ensures that both Iron Jugulis' Special Attack and Speed are at 343. This ensures that when the Booster Energy activates, Quark Drive always boosts Special Attack (I've tested this.) This boost gives Iron Jugulis an effective 445 Special Attack with 343 Speed. Of course, if you'd prefer Quark Drive to boost speed, simply put 252 EVs into Speed instead of 240, giving Iron Jugulis an effective 519 Speed with 343 Special Attack. Air Slash or Hurricane is down to preference of whether or not you prefer high damage or high accuracy. Tera Steel turns many of Iron Jugulis' weakness into resistances, making it possibly the best option for its Tera Type.

A Choice Scarf set that Iron Jugulis, or should I say, Hydreigon 0.5, uses in Gen 9 NatDex UU. If Iron Jugulis decides to have a good day and land its STAB Hurricane, it can do a nice amount of damage against Pokemon who don't resist it, especially with Tera Flying giving it a x2 STAB boost instead of a x1.5 boost. Knock Off allows Iron Jugulis to remove items from opposing Pokemon, allowing you to cripple Pokemon who use crucial items such as Leftovers. Fire Blast is used for coverage against Steel-types such as Jirachi, Celesteela, Scizor, Aegislash, Magnezone, Melmetal, and Mega Mawile. U-turn lets Iron Jugulis pivot out of bad matchups and bring in teammates safely. Knock Off and U-turn on this set is used for utility, not dealing as much damage as possible.

A Choice Specs set for Dark teams in Monotype. Hurricane is a powerful Flying STAB that gets boosted by Choice Specs, provided it lands. Air Slash is used for a more accurate Flying STAB that is useful late game. Dark Pulse is used for Dark STAB. Flamethrower provides coverage against Steel-types such as Corviknight, Iron Treads, Kingambit, Klefki, and Tinkaton.

Steel Tera Type provides coverage for fairy, rock, and ice. Its low speed due to Sassy Nature and 0 Spe IVs: provide extra protection from its low SpD as well as making it go last for Zoom Lens, a safe switch in from U-turn, and sweeping if a Trick Room mon is on the team. Hurricane gains 14% accuracy from Zoom Lens. EVs in SpA, SpD, and HP provide more bulk and makes it hit harder.
