What must be done to make HAs pass down during breeding?

I just tried breeding my Libero raboot with a ditto to try getting a libero scorbunny egg. when I hatched the scorbunny, it had blaze. what do I have to do to get a libero scorbunny egg?

Paired with a compatible male or with a Ditto, a female has a 60% chance of passing down her Hidden Ability, so it's slightly lower than with generic abilities. The other 40% will be split 20/20 if the Pokemon has two generic Abilities.

If you are breeding with a Ditto, the parent passing down the HA does not need to be female.

This means just breed more eggs and you will eventually get one with Libero, as it is a 60% chance.
