Can female nidoran with hidden ability be able to pass down the hidden ability to a male nidoran?

To clarify a little better. I know that females with the Hidden Ability have a higher chance of passing it down and that nidoran female can create both female and male. Im wondering if the Hidden Ability will still pass no matter the gender of the nidoran? Like if I breed the F Nidoran and a male one hatches out the egg, will it have a chance to have the hidden ability?

Yes, this is possible. The offspring of a HA NidoranF and a Ditto all have an 80% chance to possess the Hidden Ability. That includes the males - equality has been achieved!!!
