Here we go!
Just like sumwun said, the choice is between Breloom and Hariyama. Unless someone you know can help you trade a Machoke, Machamp is not an option and Machoke is weak. Now, let’s see their pros and cons

Hariyama:
Pros
- A high HP, with a base stat of 144
- A high attack of 120
- Can learn HM moves, if you want to, you could teach it like surf and other moves
- Can be found as Makuhita pretty early
- Can learn more types of moves

Cons
- Bad speed
- Pretty bad fighting moves until later

Breloom:
Pros
- Decent speed
- Pretty good fighting moves
- Can learn Leech Seed
- Can be found a Shroomish pretty early
- High attack with a base stat of 130

Cons
- 4x weakness to flying
- More weaknesses
- Stats are mediocre, other than attack
- Stuck with a weaker Mach punch until later

The Conclusion

So basically Hariyama is tanky, and can hit pretty hard, especially when combined with Belly Drum but overall, its stats other than HP are overshadowed by Breloom. Since you didn’t chose Treeko, Breloom is a pretty good as well, being able to learn the very useful Leech Seed and can pack a big punch with its moves, especially its Fighting moves.

So basically Breloom is a hard hitter around mid game, and depending on how much you grind, you will probably get a really good Fighting move at Petalburg City or a bit after. It has good speed and great attack

Hariyama has a useful ability, Thick fat, supports its high health. It can learn a decent Fighting move, Vital throw, before even the first gym.

Overall, it comes down to your choice. If you don’t grinding a bit so you can hit hard, use Breloom. If you like a tank who can buff itself be more useful early game, use Hariyama

Hope I helped!

Makuhita learns vital throw at level 13, while Breloom is stuck with the significantly weaker mach punch until level 36. Breloom's special attack is too low to use grass attacks as coverage. Hariyama's higher HP and thick fat also make it much easier to use bulk up.
Umm, breloom doesn’t have 140 attack and yes
130
