I know the description - "Just being next to the Pokémon powers up moves" - but how? Does it affect the ability holder or just its allies? Does it only increase damage or does it raise the level of status buffs? How much does it increase the moves? Does it power up Dynamax moves too? Sorry to ask so many questions, I'm just very confuzzled and want to know how it actually works.
