This answer is up-to-date as of The Indigo Disk.

Recoil damage, crash damage, moves that cause the user to faint, moves that cost HP to use, and Mind Blown/Steel Beam are different categories of moves. That said, they're similar enough that this is typically irrelevant.

Moves with recoil
Brave Bird
Chloroblast
Double-Edge
Flare Blitz
Head Charge
Head Smash
Light of Ruin
Self-Destruct (Legends: Arceus)
Shadow End
Shadow Rush (Colosseum)
Struggle
Submission
Take Down
Volt Tackle
Wave Crash
Wild Charge
Wood Hammer

Moves with crash damage
Axe Kick
High Jump Kick
Jump Kick
Supercell Slam

Moves that cause the user to faint
Explosion
Final Gambit
Healing Wish
Lunar Dance
Memento
Misty Explosion
Self-Destruct (all games except Legends: Arceus)

Moves that cost HP to use
Belly Drum
Clangorous Soul
Curse (Ghost types)
Fillet Away
Shed Tail
Substitute

Others
Mind Blown
Steel Beam

If you're going to include those other categories, you might as well include these: https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Category:Moves_that_cost_HP_to_use
Done, thanks!

Hi jump kick is recoil because, as the name implies, you jump very high in the air to strike your opponent, using them to break your fall as well. If you miss, then you'll just fall and crash, taking damage.

Take Down: 1/4 of damage done.

Double edge: 1/3 of damage done.

submission:1/4 of damage dealt.

Hi Jump Kick and Jump Kick: Half of max HP rounded down, but only when you miss.

Struggle: 1/4 of maximum HP.

Volt Tackle:1/3 of max HP.

Flare Blitz:1/3 of damage dealt

Brave Bird:1/3 of damage dealt.

Wood Hammer:1/3 of damage dealt.

Head Smash:1/2 of damage dealt.

Wild Charge:1/4 of damage dealt.

Head Charge:1/4 of damage done

Shadow Rush: 1/16 of user's maximum HP. (only in Colosseum games.)

Shadow End: 1/2 the Pokemon's current HP. (Colosseum)

Light of Ruin: 1/2 damage dealt. (Eternal Floette signature, was never released)

Steel Beam: 1/2 of user's maximum HP.

Mind Blown: 1/2 of user's maximum HP.

There is also the move shadow end if I am right
I have updated the answer to 2020 standard. Thank you!
You also forgot mind blown
Hmm, you're right. I forgot about that move. I had Ultra Moon, so I forgot Blacephalon ever existed. Bulbapedia doesn't have Mind Blown listed in the list of recoil moves. :p
It is not listed probably due to it not counting as a Recoil move in the game's check of stopping recoil damage via Rock Head. :P
And yet Steel Beam is listed?
