Can smeargle transfer 3 eggmoves into riolu egg?

I got smeargle with meteor mash, bullet punch, high jump kick, will all of those moves will transfer into egg, or only 1?

Yes.

However, Riolu only learns Meteor Mash as an egg-move in USUM. If you are not playing those games then only Bullet Punch and High Jump Kick will pass on.
