Are accuracy and evasion affected by Max Raid Battles?

Question

I was battling a Clefable in a max raid battle which used Minimize twice. I still hit every move (even ones not on a shield and not Max moves). I lost the battle because the NPC's are horrible at battling, and tried again. This time Clefable used Minimize two times and I was missing almost every move. Are accuracy and evasion just really wonky in max raid battles?

It's amazing, it's wonderful, it's spectacular... it's pure, total RNG!

Seriously though, you just had different luck each time. Accuracy and evasion aren't different in Max Raid Battles.
