Yes.

It is possible to get a Pokemon who's moveset is entirely made up of Egg Moves. This is known as Chain Breeding, where you breed a Pokemon for an Egg Move (or IVs, or Shinyness, etc.), then do it again, and repeat until you get the desired result.

• Note that prior to Generation Six, only the father could pass down Egg Moves
