Do you only get one Destiny Knot in OR/AS?

Is there another way to get one besides at Sea Mauville? I'm trying to maximize my breeding efficiency.

You also get one from a fan in the Contest Hall (note: you have to be master rank for this).
Other than that, no. There's also a small chance that you may get more that one Destiny Knots from the couple at Sea Mauville, or so I've heard.
