Is there a way I can get a Basculin that knows both Bubblebeam, Mud Shot, Revenge, and Muddy Water for it's egg moves?

Alright, it seems, that my question got put in the wrong box, or the website that displayed this was too confusing to understand.  Apparently something went wrong.  I'm totally confused about this whole question posting.  Tried Chat, they told me to come here.  Tried here and got confused cause website listed too much information.

Um, I'm just gonna answer this normally. You can get one, but it's gonna take a LOT of chain breeding.

First, breed a female Relicanth with a male Marshtomp, Swampert, Wooper, Quagsire, Palpitoad, Seismitoad, or Stunfisk that knows both Muddy Water and Mud Shot. Once you get a male Relicanth with the egg moves Muddy Water and Mud Shot, breed it with a female Basculin until you get a female Basculin with Muddy Water and Mud Shot. Breed this Basculin with a male Qwilfish that knows Revenge, until you get a female Basculin with Revenge, Muddy Water, and Mud Shot. Breed this with a male Chinchou, Lanturn, Remoraid, or Octillery that knows Bubble Beam, and the offspring should have all four moves.
