Help determining Pokemon legitimacy?

I need some help determining the legitimacy of this Mew:

ミュウ (JPN)
Masterball caught & shiny (eugh)
L. 30
Synchronise
Modest
A fateful encounter seems to have led it across space and time to reach the Kalos region from the Hoenn region.
Moves:
- Fake Out
- Transform
- Metronome
- Mega Punch
No ribbons.

I know that Fake Out is a move tutor move in Pokemon XD.

I think all these event pokemon have that have been tranferred from one region to another get a ribbon, not sure though

Yes, it's most likely legit.

It says it was caught in Hoenn, which means it can have that moveset.

There was a Mew event in Emerald in Faraway Island
And you have to catch that mew, so you can soft-reset and catch it in a masterball

I think they only started giving ribbons to event pokemon in later games so people knew if they were legit or not.

And the nature wouldn't be too hard to get either, because of synchronize.
