Does Unaware take effect over Light Screen and Reflect?

Unaware will not stop the effects of Reflect and Light Screen.

Unaware only ignores visible stat boosts, like from Iron Defence or Swords Dance.

Unaware ignores only visible stat changes, so it doesn't ignore Reflect and Light Screen, the same way it doesn't ignore the boost from choice items.
