Moves bounced by magic bounce can miss.
It will be affected by abilities as if the magic bouncer used the move itself, with the exception being that magic bounced moves cannot get magic bounced again (if both Pokemon have magic bounce).
For example, a poison-type Corrosion Pokemon having a Toxic bounced back at it will not get poisoned.
