WIll Shell Smash/Quiver Dance transfer over after my Smeargle uses Transform?

I have
Smeargle @ Focus Sash
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Spd / 4 SDef
Jolly Nature
- Transform
- Shell Smash
- Spore
- King's Shield

First I use Spore. Then Shell Smash, then King's shield if they wake up or swtich out, then I use transform. Will my transformed Smeargle have the stat boosts from the shell smash? What about if the opponents Pokemon is asleep? Will my transformed smeargle be asleep as well?

No the boosts will not transfer over. It copies the opponent's movesets, and any stat changes beforehand are nullified and it takes on the stat changes of the opponent.. It also does not copy status changes - so paralysis, burn, confusion, poison etc. will not occur on the transformed Pokemon.
