What will cloysters speed be with shell smash?

Shell Smash doubles speed, so it will have 352 speed. As such, the only Pokemon that will outspeed Cloyster after a boost are Pokemon with a speed boosting nature, at least base 111 speed, and max speed investment, or Pokemon with a neutral nature, at least base 127 speed, and maximum investment. Basically, most things not carrying a speed boosting item will be outsped. Hope this helps
