Okay, I'm battling a kanghaskhan with scrappy. I have out my Shedinja with Wonder guard. It kanghaskhan uses a normal-type move, will it hurt shedinja?
Scrappy allows you to hit Ghost types with Normal/Fighting moves. However in this case, No Scrappy will not allow you to do damage to Shedinja, courtesy of Wonderguard.

Yes. Scrappy allows a normal and fighting type move to hit a ghost type like shedinja. It won't take any damage because of its wonderguard ability
