Ludicolo strategy?Will it work?

Question

My ludicolo has:
Ability-rain dish

Substitute- leech seed and rain dish
Leech seed-goes well with substitute
Rain dance- for rain dish and boost of power
Scald- boost from rain and STAB , a chance to burn

Basically , mine is for survival and sweeping. Is there any other?Moveset of a better one can be listed.My game is white 2.

i guess its alright but maybe politoad with drizzle then a pokemon with sub and baton pass? im not good with these questions but still hope i helped :)

You might as well use Ludicolo for rain stall on an OU rain team. Only Swift Swim + Drizzle is banned in OU, but Rain Dish + Drizzle is allowed. No point wasting a moveslot to set up Rain Dance.

EVs: 248 HP, 204 Sp. Def, 56 Speed
Nature: Calm
- Leech Seed
- Protect
- Substitute
- Scald

This is kinda like a Gliscor stall set, except with Leech Seed instead of Toxic. Exeggutor makes a similar Sun stall with Harvest or Chlorophyll.
