Alright, here we go!
Iron Hands @ Shuca Berry
Ability: Quark Drive
Tera Type: Fighting
EVs: 48 Atk / 252 SpD / 208 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Drain Punch
- Thunder Punch
- Earthquake
- Swords Dance
Swords Dance Iron Hands isn't unheard of, but this variant has some things you don't see on it: Jolly Nature, 208 Speed EVs, and Earthquake. I made this set as a way to deal with a National Dex Monotype Pokemon Showdown user who is known for using the same Steel team, specifically to prevent Gholdengo from forcing Iron Hands from having to switch out. After thinking about how their Gholdengo was both bulky yet hitting hard, I determined that Gholdengo wasn't using Speed EVs, which can allow Iron Hands to outspeed it by going Jolly and investing in a lot of Speed EVs. This set originally had Ice Punch, but I swapped it for Earthquake since +2 Quark Drive Thunder Punch wouldn't guarantee an OHKO, but Earthquake would. This set is so funny since it outspeeds Gholdengo and can remove it after a Swords Dance, which causes the Steel player to forfeit (and most likely hate facing Electric teams even more). There's even 2 sample teams that have Gholdengo with no Speed EVs, so this set is also useful for that. Here are a few replays of showcasing the fast Iron Hands set:
Didn't have Earthquake on the set at the time, but it confirmed Gholdengo had no Speed EVs

Opponent forfeiting because they know what happens next
Here are Earthquake calcs against the non speed Gholdengo that are in the National Dex Monotype sample teams:
+2 48 Atk Iron Hands Earthquake vs. 248 HP / 116 Def Gholdengo: 370-436 (98.1 - 115.6%) -- 87.5% chance to OHKO
+2 48 Atk Quark Drive Iron Hands Earthquake vs. 248 HP / 116 Def Gholdengo: 478-564 (126.7 - 149.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+2 48 Atk Quark Drive Iron Hands Earthquake vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Gholdengo: 386-456 (102.3 - 120.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO
I'll mention a couple funny Pokemon for Gen 9 NU as well:
Porygon-Z @ Mirror Herb
Ability: Adaptability
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Tri Attack
- Shadow Ball
- Nasty Plot
- Agility
Tornadus @ Mirror Herb
Ability: Prankster
Tera Type: Ground / Steel
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Air Slash
- Heat Wave
- Tera Blast / Grass Knot
(Note: Tera Blast is for if you use Ground as the Tera Type on Tornadus)
I used Mirror Herb on these two Pokemon in NU a LOT back when Cresselia and Oricorio-Pom-Pom were legal, notably using them as a way to boost past Cresselia, mainly using Mirror Herb Porygon-Z for that. Mirror Herb on these two are funny because you can copy Shell Smash boosts, Calm Mind boosts, Nasty Plot boosts, Dragon Dance and Rapid Spin speed boosts specifically, etc, and can still setup after consuming the Mirror Herb. I found these two to be quite funny once they consume their Mirror Herb, especially Porygon-Z. Porygon-Z was really useful against opponents on the NU ladder who used Cresselia on their teams when Cresselia was legal in NU, causing quite a bit of forfeits. These two can use still Mirror Herb in the current NU meta if you want to copy Shell Smash boosts and Calm Mind boosts, as well as other things NU ladder may throw at you.
Quick demonstration of Mirror Herb PZ in action
Used Mirror PZ so many times against this person they're most likely annoyed by the set
Mirror Herb Tornadus in action (could've won the game if it got the flinch against Sylveon
(May add more in the future, only time will tell)
Soo, yeah. While these sets aren't like stall annoying, hax annoying, etc, these sets are made to target specific targets, causing forfeits and being quite funny to win with. Enjoy! :)
