What are the best trolling Pokemon?!

Question

I've been lookin through Pokemon to see how annoying I can make my teams, and I thought, "hey, why can't other people as well!!". So, this is where you can!!

What is a troll Pokemon I hear you ask? Well, it's a Pokemon that is so annoying that it makes your opponents tear their hair out and cry in a corner. It's so impossible to get passed you feel like never ever playing Pokemon again. And it's so funny to use you might die from laughter after seeing the amount of ragequits they cause.

So, basically, I want to see everyone's favorite annoying Pokemon and annoying sets to go with it!

Btw it can be any tier, but the sets have to actually work and cannot just be "in theory".

Please follow standard moveset thread guidelines when answering this question.

An epic troll Pokemon to use is Shuckle. I always name it Shuck Norris and it can make people rage quit easily.

Its a great bulky Pokemon and whats better than making it even bulkier. You use Shell Smash and gain Def and Spd
while losing Atk, Speed and Sp Atk. Then you trap him in with Infestation and use Toxic. Then you can criple the
opponent with Power Split and making it technically useless (if he is a physical attacker). Even if the opponent
gets a critical hit Shuckle has huge defenses so it can survive easily. It is very hard to bypass and it is very annoying.
Not for you at least.

SwagThief is already a nasty combo, but what makes it even more scary is by putting Force Palm, which has a 30% chance to paralyze. Now, paralyzed and confused opponents have quite low odds of moving which just makes it annoying as hell. You keep the trollness factor while not entirely forgoing the unresisted Fighting + Ghost STAB combination.

Replay in a Smogon tournament match where paralysis literally cripples Ho-Oh and causes ragequit [a bit of harsh language warning]

Beware the almighty Shuckle
So this set relies on residual damage and works best with both Aqua Ring and Ingrain Baton passed to it.

Basic Shuckle stalling set here with some essential differences. Firstly is Sand Tomb. You may be thinking, "Why the hell would you use Sand Tomb?" Sure the low Base Power isn't ideal, but with Shuckle, you're not going to be doing much damage anyway so it really doesn't matter.
However the Base Power isn't what we're interested in here, it's the secondary effects. Sand Tomb prevents switching and causes residual damage. What that means is, chuck on a toxic and just WATCH as the opponents health just shreds itself. The last two move slots are pure preference, but Power Split helps to neutralise the opponents attack stat and Protect stalls for HP recovery and Toxic damage.

The Item choice for this set is pretty much up to what you want Shuckle to handle best. Leftovers is obviously for recovery, whereas Binding Band Doubles the passive damage from Sand Tomb, and Grip Claw means that they'll always be trapped for 5 turns. Big Root is slightly more situational. The idea for Big Root is that you have a teammate Baton Pass both Ingrain and Aqua Ring to Shuckle. Big Root increases the Health returned from these two sources by 30% each, so according to my math, Shuckle would receive 1/6th or so of it's health back at the end of each turn.

So yeah, that's my troll Shuckle Set. It's also worth noting that this set is walled to high hell and back by any Flying/Poison, Flying/Steel or Poison or Steel with Levitate. Common Pokemon that fit into this category are: Skarmory, Crobat/Golbat amd Gengar so watch out for those guys

Air slash brings a massive 60% flinch rate. Seed flare helps break down even the bulkiest special walls because of its great defense drop rate. This thing is the definition of annoying.

With sun support, jumpluff becomes INSANELY fast. Only a select few scarfed Pokemon outspeed him. He fits extremely well on sun teams as he is immune to the ground type moves your Heatran, Ninetales, etc. all hate. He can come in on a ground or water move and use encore, which is going to force a lot of switches. He can then use leech seed, stun spore, or sleep powder on the switch in. It can then u-turn into the appropriate Pokemon to deal with said switch in. Jumpluff destroys momentum, while grabbing some for you. Leech seed can also easily be passed on to Pokemon that will better take advantage of it, such as CM Reuniclus.

The whole time you will be restoring hp from lefties while the cant attack. troll.

This is my favorite stall Pokemon because it can just sit behind a sub, and deal a status while recovering HP. lol. The Eviolite boosts the defense obviously and download is there for the off chance you get a SpA boost. Hope you troll people!
