Does Pressure affect allies?

Question

Pretty self explanatory. Would be in double and triple battles.

In Generation IV, Pressure increases PP usage of moves executed not only by foes, but also by Double Battle allies. This does not happen in Generation V.

So in Gen IV, it reduced the PP of your allies but in Gen V it didnt.
