All it takes is Smack Down.

It will:
- pop the air balloon
- negate magnate rise
- negate flying type
- negate levitate

4 for the price of 1!

Smack Down

lol, fondant. Only thing is, he wanted a Ground type move only, that could do the trick. (personally, i dont think it's possible, but you may find something)
I read the questions as "what circumstances will it take for Rotom-F with magnet rise & balloon to be hit by a Ground type move", not "which Ground type move will hit Rotom-F". Correct me if I'm wrong Brotad?
Oh really? Well then, if that's what he was asking, then I'm sorry about my misunderstanding.
No Fondants answer is what I was looking for. But watertiger you bring up an interesting prospect. You would need some combo of mold breaker, magic room, and gravity I think, or just gravity? Or trick an iron ball? I'm trying to think of nondamaging ways to do so.
"If Gravity is in effect or it is affected by Smack Down or Ingrain, the effectiveness of  Ground-type  moves is 2×.
If this Pokémon is given an Iron Ball, the effectiveness of  Ground-type  moves is 1×."

Gravity would also have the same effect as Smack Down.
Thanks fondant
