It's on there. Draining kiss isn't though. But this looks old, not sure what gen it refers too, pretty sure draining kiss just came out in xy. I just battled a team and one of their Mon's had Wish and I have no idea how it works. It looks like he used it once and on the following turn it healed the user. Then he used it a second time and either switched or I ko'd him and it healed his switch-in. So I'm trying to figure out, can it heal a switch-in on the following turn, or only the user?

Well if you look at the date you can see it’s from early 2013. So up to date as of Gen 5.
And yeah Wish heals any Pokémon that switches in place of the Pokémon that used it. It also heals based on the real value of the user’s HP, so that strategy is very effective when using a Pokémon with high base HP.
