Is this a good strategy ?

I have a Brellom that knows Sky Uppercut,Mind reader,Dynamic Punch and Stone Edge.I thought that if I give it a fist plate, use Mind reader and then Dynamic punch, the damage will be devastating for the foe.Is it a good idea ?

Well if you manage to spend enough evs in defenses so you can set up a mind reader, but then you'd lose your attack evs. It's a good idea if you can survive the first attack
