What Pokemon with good Speed would work well for this strategy in Gen 7 Doubles OU Showdown?

So, for this strategy, I use Mimikyu and another Pokemon. This is the strategy:
1: Mimikyu uses Snatch
2: My ally Pokemon uses Belly Drum
3: Mimikyu snatches Belly Drum, raising it's Attack Power to the highest(hopefully Disguise protects Mimikyu from the HP drop effect from Belly Drum)
So, would this strategy work? What is a good Pokemon with good Speed that can learn Belly Drum pair well with Mimikyu?
Here's the Mimikyu Moveset:
Mimikyu @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Disguise
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Play Rough
- Drain Punch
- Shadow Claw
- Snatch

Just tested the Belly Drum Snatch combo on Showdown gen 7 OU, Mimikyu's HP does get halved but Disguise still works

Alright let's take another shot at this.
Charizard can learn Belly Drum as an egg move. It has a high speed stat of exactly 100. Paired with Mimikyu, it can take care of Mimikyu's Steel type weakness with it's Fire STAB. Plus, Charizard has the ability to Mega Evolve into Mega Charizard X/Y. I would use a set like this:
Charizard
Mega Stone/Leftovers
Timid Nature
252 EV's in HP/Special Attack and Speed, 4 in Special Defense
Flamethrower/Heat Wave
Belly Drum
Air Slash
Solar Beam/Roost
