Both are ground, but I want to know which one is stronger. And could you add a moveset?

Golurk

Golurk has awesome potential. It has two great options for abilities. (Along with one that sucks more than you can imagine, Klutz.) He has extremely high Physical aspects in both Defense and Attack. The problem with Golurk, though, is that he's slow. I have developed a moveset to fix that problem.

B1G BO$$ @ Choice Scarf
EVs: 252 Spd, 252 Atk, 6 Def
Jolly Nature [+Spd, -SAtk]
Trait: No Guard

-Earthquake is your STAB.

-Dynamic Punch is your Ice/Dark coverage.

-Stone Edge: Need I say why?

-Heavy Slam can be more powerful than Earthquake at times, so you could use that, given that it's 727.5 lbs.

Krookodile

While Krookodile isn't as Defensively inclined, he's much faster, so he gets the job done quicker without a Scarf. He gets Moxie (Aww yeh!) and he's a huge threat to things that aren't faster than him. He'll get killed easier than Golurk, though. Here's a good moveset for Krookodile.

DealW/It (Male) @ Life Orb
Ability: Moxie
Nature: Adamant (+Atk, -SAtk) or Jolly (+Spd, -SAtk)
Evs: 252 Atk, 4 HP, 252 Spd
Move-set:
-Outrage
-Earthquake
-Fire Fang
-Crunch

I recommend Golurk, but it's your choice.

Well it really depends. If you want a sweeper, go with Golurk. He has impressive attack
and Iron Fist makes him even better. If you want a Pokemon who can hit many different types hard, go with Krookodile. He has a deep moveset a pretty good attack. Moxie also helps him sweep but not as much as Golurk due to many his weaknesses.
