Eviolite on evolved Pokemon?

I see people recommending eviolite on fully evolved Pokemon...am I missing something?

Lol, Eviolite is only for NFE (not fully evolved) Pokemons, as the description says. People sometime use it on Rhydon, or Magmar, seen that they are evolved Pokemons, but not at their LAST evolution.

I assume you saw me say this: " Maybe Eviolite Chansey or Blissey? "
what I meant to say was Eviolite Chansey or Leftovers Blissey
