Does the Eviolite work on Galarian Slowpoke if you don’t have the DLC?

I just got the Galarian Slowpoke from the station and I don't have the dlc yet so will I be able to Eviolite it

Yes.

When Galarian Slowpoke was first released, it could use Eviolite despite being unable to evolve at the time.
