Yeah, Smoochum does not suck. It boasts a monstrous 19 SpA, so Smoochum is actually a glass cannon as if it wasn't obvious already. You could also run a Choice Specs to get an EXPLODING, MIND BOGGLING 28 SPECIAL ATTACK STAT.

You might think that I'm crazy. But yes, I am crazy, say hello to Feebas. Feebas really sucks yeah we know, but it has the rare Ability Adaptability, which makes it up for its horrible attacking stats. It definetly needs Modest/Adamant because after all, it's Feebas, Boosted With Choice Specs, Feebas has an okay 16 Special Attack which is also a bonus For Adaptability.
