Part 2.

“Okay, it says that in this dungeon, we will be encountering Spinda, PorygonZ, Marowak, Silvally? Didn’t know they had Gen 7 mons here,” said Viper, reading the list of encounterable Pokemon. “The rest of it is marked out.”

“Magari prova a chiedere al narratore?” suggested Mario.

“Oh well. What you listed doesn’t sound that bad. Let’s continue forward,” suggested Rose, completely ignoring Mario.

“Uuuuh, non mi capisci?” [NN: No, Mario. No we can’t]

Soon enough, Viper, Rose, and Mario were traversing the twisted pathways, of Mt. Giru. “Ooh, monete!” Mario exclaimed, picking up all the money in sight. It wasn’t long before our loveable [NN: emo cast of] characters were staring down a Silvally.

“You fight it! My moves aren’t good for up close combat,” said Viper.

“Okay, but we need to figure out what type it is,” said Rose.

“Mario, check out what type that Silvally is.”

“Ooooooor, you could just look at the tail,” said Rose [NN: That might be the smartest thing you’ll ever say throughout the whole story, Rose].

But it was too late. Mario was in front of the Silvally.

{Mario used Pyro Ball! Silvally took 86 damage!} {Silvally used Multi-Attack! Mario took 999 damage!}

“OH MERDA!!!” Mario exclaimed before being revived in the corner of the room.  

“WOAH! That did a lot!” exclaimed Viper in shock.  

“We now have 19 Reviver Seeds left. Viper, please be more careful. Instead of launching your teammates at an enemy, figure out its strengths and weaknesses. Trust me, I don’t want to be here any longer than you do, but we need to be careful. We don’t know what we’re going against!” [NN: Actually, this might be the smartest thing you’ll say.] “I’ll take care of this enemy, since I have a type advantage over it.”

{Rose used Sacred Sword! It’s super effective! Silvally took 345 damage! Silvally fainted!}

“And before you ask, it was Dark type.”

Our heroes continue through the dungeon. After fighting a few more Silvally, the gang finally reached the stairs.

{-Silvally fainted!} “And that’s another one down,” said Viper. “Hey look, a Marowak!”

A Marowak walks into the room. Its name appears over its head.  

Maro/+0##BDH-Pogo

The Marowak’s name and appearance changes to that of Pogo’s.

“What the heck is that?!” asked a freaked-out Viper.

“This didn’t show on the list of enemies, did it?” asked Rose.

“No. No it didn’t,” answered Viper.

“Stick is stick,” said Pogo, before throwing a log at Mario.

“CHE DIAVOLO?!”

{Mario took 999 damage! Mario fainted!} [NN: Stop dying, Mario. Make yourself useful!]

“Pain is painful,” said Pogo.

“What. In. The. HOW WERE WE SUPPOSED TO PREPARE FOR THAT?!” [NN: Honestly Viper, I have no clue.]

“So everything in this dungeon instantly kills you. Sweet,” said Rose. “Alright time to kill this thing.”

{Rose used Sacred Sword! Pogo dodged the attack!} “Stand still you midget!” Grunted Rose. {Pogo used Bone Club! It’s not very effective! Rose took 999 damage! Rose fainted!}

“Whatever happened to being CaReFuL?” asked Viper, mockingly.

“Oh hush, you.” [NN: What’s wrong, can’t admit you were too busy simping for Allison to remember you were in a battle?]

{Mario used Close Combat! It’s super effective! Pogo took 247 damage! Pogo fainted!} [NN: Oh hey, he actually made himself useful!]

“Good job, Mario!” said Viper. “I didn’t even realize you were planning to attack!”

“Come se ti importasse...” said Mario.

With Pogo defeated, the gang continues, beating more Silvally, dying to more Pogo, and eventually reach the stairs.

“Hey, why are the walls covered in pink and strawberries?” asked Viper.

“I’ve seen weirder things,” said Rose. [NN: “If you were to see my heart, you would see pure blackness. Blood drips from the ceiling and DEATH is EVERYWHERE YOU LOOK!! MWAHAHAHA” (Definitely a real quote from Rose). But for real, stop being edgy.]

A Spinda walks down a hallway before quickly glitching out.

“HEY! Would you like to dance?” asked Yuri.

“Suuuuure. Why not?”

{Rose used Swords Dance! Rose’s ATTACK sharply rose!}

{Yuri used Teeter Dance!} {Rose’s party was escorted out of the dungeon!}

“What in the world was THAT?!” asked Rose.

“I dunno. Apparently, this Yuri character can break the game by using Teeter Dance,” said Viper. “Well, let’s try again.”

PorygonZ instantly filled up all but a few tiles in the room, before quickly glitching into Yuri.

So I went for a weird approach with this...

Part 1.

    A blinding light fills the eyes of the stirring protagonist. After a few seconds, he finally comes to his senses.

    “Uh, oh, where am I?” Said Rose [NN (Narrator’s Notes): OH MY GOD! It’s Rose, the teenage emo edgelord himself!], as he was awaking from his sleep. “Oh, this is déjà vu. I’m Rose again.” ([NN: For those who don’t know, Rose was reincarnated into Hope in R.A.T., but he’s Rose now. Rose changing from one form to another without his choice has happened before in the series.]) Rose carefully surveys the area. In front of him is a normal looking mountain, but Rose feels an ominous aura radiating from the mountain. Suddenly, Rose hears a groan and quickly draws his sword only to realize he has no sword.

    “Uuuuuuh, oh, where am I?” Asked the stirring Vipey [NN: Oh, it’s Mary Sue, but a male simp!].

“Wow, how original,” said Rose, slightly annoyed that the kid in front of him wearing a Team Rocket outfit stole his line [NN: Rose, stop being emo]. “As for where you are, you’re waking up in the middle of nowhere in front of this large mountain.”

“Oh. Who are you?” asked Vipey.

“Rose.”

“You can call me Viper.” [NN: HEY, I’m the narrator! Only I’M allowed to change your name. Fine, Viper it is, then.] “What am I doing here? The last thing I remember was watching Pear headbutt trees for the rest of eternity.”

“You know what, I’m not gonna ask,” said Rose [NN: Good choice]. “Now come on, let’s look around for clues on why you’re here.

Narrator: Welcome on and all to today’s story! I’m the Narrator, and I will be guiding you [NN: and insulting you in the Narrator’s Notes] throughout your adventure. To make things simple, I will give you some slight PMD knowledge. In your bag, Viper, are details about this dungeon, your movesets, and how to play.

“Mt. Giru, huh? I wonder what this is about,” said Viper. “Oh, hey, cool, I have the moves Roar of Time, Spacial Rend, Shadow Force, and Judgment. Looks like the power of these moves have been buffed here. Shadow Force deals 120 damage, and the other moves hit everything with 40 base power.”

“And I have the moves Swords Dance, Sacred Sword, Leaf Blade, and Substitute. Not bad.”

Narrator: Now if you look in your bag, you’ll notice you have a big supply of Reviver Seeds. That’s the only item you’ll be able to use, and you won’t have to worry about hunger. Now, since there’s a lack of recent OCs supplied by the writer, I’ll provide you with another teammate, a weird version of Mario who will only be able to speak in Italian lines that were translated by Google Translate. The Narrator disappears, and Mario appears in a cloud of smoke.

“Ciao! Come state ragazzi oggi?” asks Mario.

“I have no idea what this guy is saying,” says, Viper.

“Yeah, whatever. Let’s just go into the dungeon, said Rose.
