Actually it was +2 Iron Moth lol. I wasn't using max special attack EVs on Iron Moth to have Booster Energy give Moth a speed boost, but it still should've been able to OHKO Amoonguss. The only way it couldn't is Amoonguss being Specially Defensive + Assault Vest as shown in this calc lmao:

+2 132 SpA Quark Drive Iron Moth Fiery Dance vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Assault Vest Amoonguss: 368-434 (85.1 - 100.4%) -- 6.3% chance to OHKO

But yeah, and I thought low ladder AG was full of wack stuff... NatDex UU's ladder is also a wack place most of the time. While laddering for reqs for NatDex UU, I would run into Pokemon such as Magby, Elekid, Body Slam Blissey, Iron Moth being able to break past Chansey and Blissey... not to mention me laddering in general seeing wack stuff. I even ran into a Shellder in NDUU and let it get off a Shell Smash since I didn't respect it in NatDex UU lmao

Yeah, I am waiting the next cour. The manga has about 80 chapters left and each cour covers 70 or so. With so much room for new content, I'm really looking forward to what new stuff will be added to make the story more fleshed out. They might even put in stuff from the CFYOW novels
