Incineroar wasn't around back then iirc :P I might actually consider Tera Blast Fighting. Sableye and Spiritomb aren't real Pokemon, so...
Maybe I might consider just sticking to NastyRoom lol, Farigraf doesn't outspeed common scarfers at +2, meaning it needs more than 1 Agility boost, and Farigiraf needs the bulk to not die to a Knock Off from (Offensive) Incineroar.

Though I unironically want to try Dual Dance Farigraf on HO in NU, it's just that you have to choose whether you want to get walled by Incineroar or Bronzong unless I decide to do Tera Blast Fighting for some reason.

Oh yeah I've seen that video before, sad that strat won't really work nowadays since Incineroar is really good in NU... Plus I got flashbacks to that one period of time of NU ladder using Eviolite Quick Attack Scyther because of freezai lmao

Ok, soo basically, there was this person said they were going to play like NatDex RU or something to get away from people using legendaries because he finds them to be broken and even said legendaries like Regigigas and Uxie can be broken as well (these two were examples asked by the NDUU room driver about all legendaries being broken). The room driver said that he was arguing in bad faith because of that and mentions how Gliscor can 1v1 most legendaries, then the room driver said that legendaries were basically no different than high stat Pokemon with sometimes good movepools. One of the Room owners even said that legendaries aren't really different from high stat Pokemon aside from lore and being hard to catch in-game, with the ladder not meaning "diddly squat" on Pokemon Showdown. Then, a room voice mentioned how Articuno is B- in BDSP PU, a metagame without Heavy-Duty Boots, which lead to the person who thinks all legendaries are broken saying this:
"The rocks don't seem worth it, never have been. the simple answer to the rocks is to not switch out. You know, actually having faith in what you send out. But' that's just me. From what's i've seen, switching back and forth and back only leads to your opponent seeing that you have no idea what to do, and the rest is history"
(Just like the room voice who stepped in... I... also don't know what to make of that comment)
This led to the room voice saying that switching out isn't a sign of defeat and that switching out is one of competitive players' most important tools to reposition out of a bad matchups. The "legends are broken" person said that switching just delays the inevitable, saying the following:
"see, when your opponent can switch too, they do it, and often, the moment the mon being harassed is off the field, it leaves... just to come back the moment it's back"
which led to the room driver saying that logic is flawed, even saying this:
"so you're saying that because the game is gonna end anyways
i should just... not play the game?"
The "legends are broken" person even said that the opponent switches Pokemon to scare out your Pokemon, only to switch out the moment it's gone, saying something players using Landours-Therian do (Yeah Idk what to say about that)
The room driver then asked what is the difference between the opponent switching out and him switching out because the person who thinks all legends are broken basically said that you should stick to the Pokemon you send out as if Pokemon was a game of "willpower" or something like that. The room driver then said he was done with it for his mental's sake...
I even copy pasted what went down and put it into a Pokepaste since the NDUU room is mostly inactive at times. Just let me know if you want to read all of what went down LOL

Also there was a whole entire debate about legendaries and switching out in competitive Pokemon by a NDUU room driver and someone who doesn't like using legendaries LMAO

Yeah NDUU is less offense oriented, the most common type of teams there are Bulky Offense teams, there are HO teams and stall teams that will be be seen. (I've been using HO teams lately there). I also signed up for NDFL but didn't get drafted, I forgot to reach out to managers, but maybe it's for the best so I can focus on the NU Seasonals Tournament.
